Before and After School Care

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club is open each morning from 8:00am, to all pupils from Reception to Year 6. Held in our Dining Hall (Reception, years 1 & 2) and Main Hall (years 3-6), it is managed by Miss Squires and supported by other Bell Farm staff.  Children receive a nutritious breakfast from 8:00am, (served until 8.20am) including toast or cereal and orange juice or water to drink should you wish.  Children have the opportunity to read a story, do some colouring, play board games or relax with their friends.

Cost for Breakfast Club:

• £4.00 per day or £16.00 for a full week (5 sessions – Monday – Friday)
• Payment can be made in advance via your Scopay account.
• We also accept childcare vouchers.

Treetops

Treetops is run each afternoon from 3:15pm until 6:00pm, managed by Miss Squires and assisted by a number of Bell Farm staff.

Treetops Play House is based in the Dining Hall and is for children in Reception, Year One and Year Two. The Play House focuses on:

• Arts and crafts
• Role play area
• Free-flow activities
• Story time
• Themed weeks
• Healthy snack served at tables
• Use of the forest school area
• Use of the adventure playground

Treetops Youth Club is based in the Main Hall and is for children in years Three, Four, Five and Six.  The Hall is separated in to zones:

• Chill out zone
• Homework zone
• Computer zone
• Dance and music zone
• Table Tennis area
• Snack & juice bar
• Weekly movie & popcorn nights
• Outside Areas
• Use of the basketball court
• Rounders
• Football
• Organised games
• Daily mile

Children in both clubs receive a healthy snack e.g. sandwiches/wraps with a selection of crudités and fruit.

Cost for Treetops:

• Regularly booked sessions are £13.50 per session.
• Ad-hoc sessions are £14.50 per session and can be booked by emailing asc@bell-farm.surrey.sch.uk
• Payment can be made half-termly in advance via your Scopay account.
• We also accept childcare vouchers.

Please note that you are required to bring a form of identification and set a password for collection of your child.

All policies of Bell Farm Primary School will cover from 8am until 6pm to include both Breakfast Club and Treetops After School Club, as well as the school day.
